Very low pay compared to other companies. They'll suck your blood with overworking with them.
Management is very micro managing everything. The CEO/founder and the top management have very high control and are two faces. They'll smile in your face and then talk behind your back. Some employees work really hard and very honest and other employees pretend that they work and guess who gets the better credit/treatment? The bad ones who doesn't really work.
Very unfair company with this CEO/founder who really has two faces and fake.
Their pay rate is very low compared to other companies. Don't be trapped because you'll think they're nice people (and they make you feel safe/like a family), but once you get the job, a lot of BS and drama starts to happen.
