I think the company tries to do a good job taking care of its people in terms of offering fun events and career training. Some of the people are good to work with. 401k contributions were the best I've ever seen. If you proved yourself, raises could be generous. Hours could be semi-flexible.

SUPER stuffy environment, very conservative. Dress code is strict and unnecessary for most employees. When I was there, they offered their own home-grown health insurance. Just give us BCBS, already! Some of my coworkers were just skating by, being rude to customers with no consequences - made me wonder why I was working hard if they didn't have to. No work from home.
