Role is not clearly defined - 50% of time spent doing 'back-end' sales support activites such as software system builds, presentations, marketing materials etc. 4. Unrealisitic 'perfection ' culture - feedback is given for everything 5. Not accepting of innovation - everything must follow a detailed checklist / pre-defined steps
