- They promote top performers to be Supervisors but none of them actually have any of the proper management skills needed to lead a team. Just because someone is a good salesperson doesn't mean they're going to be a good sales manager. - Due to poor management, there is an unnecessary amount of micromanaging and supervisors/managers are quick to point the finger and blame you or others if anything goes wrong with a client or project. Very little accountability. - Promotions and opportunities within the company are based more on favoritism than performance - Very little diversity, especially among upper management and at the head office. People only tend to hire other people/friends that they know or went to school with. - Little to no work/life balance - management does the bare minimum to ensure that teams have the right amount of resources to do their work, leading to long hours constantly. If you're not able to keep up with the unreasonable amount of work you're labeled as not being good at your job. Very toxic work culture. - Turnover is high, constant revolving door of people leaving and joining the company with very few staying more than 2-3 years
