On product side of the house, not competitive and promotes teamwork and group success 6. Hybrid work environment

      1. can feel fast paced at times, which can sometimes lead to long(er) work hours 2. Hybrid work environment can be viewed as a Con (travelling into Dallas 2+ times a week)
