Vantaggi
ISO takes employee training seriously, and wants its employees to be able to work to their full potential. Full gym in basement, library, rec room. I've worked with this company through thick and thin, and let me tell you nobody cares more about doing the right thing than the core group of employees who make up ISO. We have had people working for this company who did not do their jobs, and unfortunately that reflects poorly through the entire company. But, we no longer have these people.
By the way, if you see a review on here claiming that David Whitaker, our COO is a tyrant or a cheater, please take that with a grain of salt. One simple google search and you can find his history, you will see why people are so quick to use his name as a scapegoat. Ask any client whose project he has worked on (rather than asking the employees he's had to fire) and they will let you know he is a great man who is incredibly skilled at creating success in the digital world.
Svantaggi
Disorganization/lack of presence in administration. And a prior development team which lacked experience, did not get much done. Someone else said it well on here, it felt like a college campus not a professional development firm. Personally, I'll say this. If you need a strong sense of external structure, if you cannot be on the phone with a client and communicate confidently, or if you are not self directed, you probably will not succeed in this environment.
