The pay and benefits is respectable. Opportunities to be exposed to different engineering disciplines.

Extremely disorganized company that does not properly train engineers for their job, however still sends them to customer sites to preform tasks without proper remote support. Pay is respectable only because the turnover rate is so high. Traveling can be excessive and overwhelming, coupled with the fact that often times you aren’t informed on what exactly you are intended to do on site. Sales guys continue to sell systems that cannot be properly supported by engineering team. This position can become extremely stressful. Beware
