IST is quickly growing, There are promotions and openings posted daily online in over 33 cities. The company is very flat and since it is private there is not a lot of red tape to go through to make fast decisions/changes. The CEO truly cares about his people and wants them to succeed. Management gets together once a year to train and recognize all 5 year, 10 year associates along with Site of the Year and multiple other awards. 80% of the growth comes from within and employee training is all self paced. The associate is shown the 13 grade levels, where they are starting at and what they need to do in order to get promoted. Blackman bucks is a fun unique program that does not exist amongst the competition. Similar to ebay, the associates use these bucks (monopoly money given by the client for going above and beyond) once a quarter to bid on prizes ranging from gas gift cards to vacations.
