Poor management: most of IST managers and some Operation managers do not have the courage to deal with difficult situations despite knowing that it is the right thing to do. Many lack integrity, breaks promises, and is VERY dishonest. Some are rude and one-sidedly to staff.They intimidate people and bully staff. They allow other employees to bully employees. They cover up problems until a site is in jeopardy. IST has a fast track program for Hal's outside friends, family, etc that gives unskilled outsiders the opportunity to become managers or Operation managers while internal, well deserved employees whom have worked with the company for years know nothing about or is looked over. Positions are created for the company's friends, family, etc but daily employees are not given promotions or pay increases. Most hourly employees are underpaid and most sites are located in areas where employees have to pay at least $80+ a month for parking. They love brownnosers and tattletales who report to them. They choose favorite employees and cover up and make excuses for the poor work of their incompetent favorites. They ignore selected people and discriminate against many employees. If you complain on a manager or operation manager or their favorite staff, they will retaliate and HR does nothing.
