Can be too overwhelming at times because of the work culture. There are very few people who understands the use case of social listening. Since SL team works closely with brand teams, the brand executives and brand managers have below par level of understanding and use case of SL. Plus if you're not from big colleges like IIM and IITs, don't expect much of compensation.
