Great Work life balance, and schedule.

The only con is low generation of cash

ITEX is the largest Barter Company in North America and the corporate office has about 20 employees, which means you dont get lost in a sea of people. The CEO has a very open door policy, and trusts his staff to make the tough decisions. Hours are flexible, and spending time with your family is encourage. The sickness policy is stay home if you are sick, which you tend to not get when you work for bigger companies. The staff is well taken care of, including a variety of breakfast, lunch and snack options usually available. Its very easy to feel valuable. We have awesome health benefits that rival Microsoft!

My only con is my long commute, but that's my choice!
