Management doesn't have a direction, they started off as body shopping company for placing employees in US, then tartgeted domestic (Indian) market and finally stared supplying blue collar labourers in frustration to make profit. All this, in a matter of three months. It is like they lay down the foundations every month. Apparently the CEO is a big time pervert who is always on the lookout for casual hookups.
