- I would gain experience then out ASAP, TV is a dying industry and it's not good to stay at ITN for long or you'll find you can never leave.
- They don't use the software that most other media companies use, instead they use their own proprietary technology. Lots of people seem trapped here and want to leave but don't have the right knowledge because they've stayed for too long. Staying here more than 2 years would be a mistake for anyone wanting to grow their career outside of the company.
- Everyone is underpaid. I got a 40% raise when I switched jobs.
