      Great values and engagement with staff and customers at all levels. The company has excellent team members who care about the bigger picture and are committed. Great levels of flexibility on offer if you do your job well.

      Nothing serious to note here. Usual growing pains that any company has in this industry, but generally the will to want to fix them is ever present.

      - Salary is on the low end of the scale, especially within London (inside the M25) - They don't offer working from home as an opportunity. There's flexibility to do so when you are ill, or if you need to have the odd day here and there, but otherwise it's frowned upon.
