ITS Logistics isn’t just a bad place to work — it’s a career hazard. This is a company that hides behind fake culture slogans and flashy PR while systematically burning through its people. I spent over 5 years here. I watched them take something that once paid decently and turn it into a machine that drains you for every ounce of value before tossing you aside. 1. Everyone Leaves — and for the Same Reasons Not a single person I started with is still here. Not one. Every single one left because of the same issues: toxic leadership, exploitation, and relentless burnout. The turnover here isn’t a bug — it’s a feature. They’ll smile, tell you “it’s just the industry,” and replace you with someone they can run into the ground next. 2. The Money is Gone, and So is Your Work We used to make money here. Now you simply do not. Commission structures and pay systems are designed to benefit the company first, last, and always. You do the work; they take the profit. Bring on a new account? Doesn’t matter if you spent months building the relationship — they can and will reassign it “based on company need.” Translation: they’ll hand it off to someone else, cut you out, and keep the revenue you generated. 3. Management by Fear, Gaslighting, and Control Micromanagement is the default, not the exception. Every keystroke, call, and metric is tracked and weaponized against you. Leadership rewrites history constantly — successes are theirs, failures are yours. “Transparency” is a staged performance. The real conversations, the ones that affect your job, happen behind closed doors in the inner circle. If you’re not in it, you’re disposable. Speak up? Offer constructive feedback? Expect to be labeled a “problem” and watched until they can justify getting rid of you. 4. Harassment as a Business Practice If you leave, tell absolutely no one where you’re going or what you’re doing. Not even coworkers you think you can trust. Their NCNS (Non-Compete/Non-Solicit) tactics are weaponized. In my experience, they will contact you repeatedly, try to intimidate your new employer, and dig for anything — no matter how flimsy — to claim you violated it. They’ve harassed people without a shred of legitimate evidence, sending vague, threatening emails to create fear and drain you emotionally. This isn’t about protecting business — it’s about punishing people for leaving. It’s about control, intimidation, and making you regret ever walking out the door. 5. The Only Thing You’ll Take Away You’ll learn a bit about how the industry works — just enough to spot the warning signs when another company starts to look like this one. Everything else is stress, politics, and corporate theater. BOTTOM LINE: Working at ITS Logistics is like playing a rigged game where the house always wins — and they’ll smile in your face while they take everything they can. Any glowing review you see is either a corporate plant or someone still under the illusion that this is “just how logistics is.” It’s not. If you value your career, your sanity, and your dignity, stay far away.

- Great culture/ Fun work environment - Career development - Genuine people

- Got placed on an overwhelmed team and was putting in 60+ hours a week and getting paid low salary/no overtime pay while commissions were on a 2-3 month delay. Most teams ran much more efficient and worked more regular hours. I just got an unlucky draw. Overall good company and great experience
