I feel like I have good job security, and our massive portfolio diversify helps to reduce layoffs when times get tough in one particular sector. ITW is also generous with compensation even for non managers, which helps keep turnover down for talented individuals.

Pretty light on process at the corporate level compared to similar sized companies. Might not be the right job for you if you like things to be done in a very structured, consistent way. Our style (again, at the corporate level) could often be described as 'seat of the pants'.
