Senior management is allowed (even encouraged) to treat mid management poorly. They are cult like in their toolbox application. Senior management is arrogant enough to walk away from largest accounts due to ego instead of being willing to be flexible to toolbox applications.

Great co-workers; smart people who are dedicated to doing good work. There is a general kindness and everyone seems willing to help each other.

Svantaggi

The pay is low, and everyone seems stretched thin. There is little structure to ensure local leaders follow good practices. Evaluation of performance tends to be highly subjective. There seems to be very little management of the management.
