The approach to the business is solid. management is knowledgeable. The pay is good and the benefits are decent.

I was painted a picture of new department with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Quickly i found out that this department is the red headed step child of the company. Managers manage through fear. You must "earn" trust of management, but this trust is not earned easily. Mistakes will not be tolerated. I was threatened to have my company car taken away on my 2nd day of employment. I was threatened to be fired in less than 6 weeks on the job, 3 of those weeks were training. Management is very passive aggressive. I was berated for taking days off after the days were approved by management, I had no problems working if it was asked of me. Management found out i was looking for another job, and i was written up the very next day. This clearly was not the opportunity i thought it would be.

Great co-workers; smart people who are dedicated to doing good work. There is a general kindness and everyone seems willing to help each other.

Svantaggi

The pay is low, and everyone seems stretched thin. There is little structure to ensure local leaders follow good practices. Evaluation of performance tends to be highly subjective. There seems to be very little management of the management.
