Upper management is new to the industry and learning the business on the fly. If interested in going into sales, run away from any open sales positions as bonuses are few and small if paid out. Bottom Line Profits more important than organic growth. Cite example of no one internally interested in applying for the open National Sales Manager position at ITW.

Great co-workers; smart people who are dedicated to doing good work. There is a general kindness and everyone seems willing to help each other.

Svantaggi

The pay is low, and everyone seems stretched thin. There is little structure to ensure local leaders follow good practices. Evaluation of performance tends to be highly subjective. There seems to be very little management of the management.
