itw is a strong company, Diagraph, however, needs to clean house and get rid of the old school legacy employees that hold it back

micromanagement, very poor onboarding process, lack of direction, very poor product line in comparison to the competition, commission structure constantly changing not necessarily in favor of employees, too many people involved in sales expected to be in the field constantly following antiquated old-school sales processes

Great co-workers; smart people who are dedicated to doing good work. There is a general kindness and everyone seems willing to help each other.

Svantaggi

The pay is low, and everyone seems stretched thin. There is little structure to ensure local leaders follow good practices. Evaluation of performance tends to be highly subjective. There seems to be very little management of the management.
