3yThank you for taking the time to share your experience at ITW. We want to see all of our colleagues ignite their full potential, not just a select few, and we do this through encouraging and supporting development utilizing the 70/20/10 development methodology. 70% comes from challenging on-the-job experiences, 20% from hands-on coaching, and 10% from formal training. We expect all managers to provide feedback, including conducting annual reviews and having development discussions with colleagues to encourage continued growth. If this is not occurring, we encourage you to reach out to your local HR team for further conversation.
