      Answering to shareholders can come with it's own challenges, at the divisions you clearly feel the pressure from top management, to reach the goals that have been set for the month, quarter and year.

      Great co-workers; smart people who are dedicated to doing good work. There is a general kindness and everyone seems willing to help each other.

      The pay is low, and everyone seems stretched thin. There is little structure to ensure local leaders follow good practices. Evaluation of performance tends to be highly subjective. There seems to be very little management of the management.
