Spent the best years of my working life with ITW. Seeked help, Saw professional psychiatrist, Therapist. Took a leave of absence, only to return to a Camara added to the production floor pointed at my desk....that was the fun stuff...see cons. I worked my best years. Best years I had to give. 45-60 hr weeks!! So at 55 you wanted me gone! I have all the emails printed from my days at ITW, including pictures of cameras on my desk, men using the bathroom and the clueless emails from an HR dept with more turn over rate then chewing gum... YOU DID ME WRONG!!!

From 2016 to 2021, numerous complaints about MEN walking in and using the one women's Bathroom, while I was in there. Camera added to production floor at my desk, changed my title from Manufacturing Tech, to machine set up. I was written up for using my sick time...didn't go over. Still had 150 hrs of earned time on the books. Was brought in to talk to HR, only to be written up because I was so upset I had to go home...written up for that ( stop preaching.. equality, respect and support) there is NONE. was lied to by HR, my job was very quickly Changing, no more emails, support for doing the ordering and building 🙃 of Holographic Cylinders. I did this job exclusively for 13 years alone!! Then the new young Supervisor, gave me a helper...who I trained...only to be walked out the door 6 months later as I was told my job was being eliminated.. really YOU GO ITW!! I have hundreds of emails, pictures, along with proof you pushed me out! You didn't even try to. What I went through at the price of a managerial love for Brotherly love.
