      Good Organisation very helping friendly Colleagues using many Technologies.

      Resource Over Usage after 4 years if you are in product team you can learn and grow but if you are into Application Delivery you will have to work for only organisation you cant improve your technical stuff so please consider this and take decision.

      Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
