1. Excessive Workload – The pressure is consistently high with no proper work-life balance. 2. Delayed Salaries – Employees are forced to ask repeatedly for their salaries every month. Timely payment is never guaranteed. 3. Unresponsive HR – HR communication is very poor. There is no support or proper response when employees raise concerns. 4. No Salary Hikes – Even after years of service, there have been no appraisals or salary revisions. 5. No Promotions – Employees are often not paid according to their roles or responsibilities, with no career growth opportunities. 6. Frequent Layoffs – Sudden terminations have become common, creating a highly insecure work environment. 7. Employee Exploitation – It feels like the company is playing with employees’ careers and stability. ⚠️ A humble request to job seekers: Please be cautious before considering this company. What’s written on paper doesn't reflect the harsh reality inside.

Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
