1. Bad leaders - leadership is unaware how the work is actually done 2. Poor communication between department managers that cause confusion and work to be needlessly reworked and delivered late 3. Delegation of work/duties is not defined or managed effectively so basically it's on yourself to figure out what the heck your suposed to do 4. Expect to take on tasks you weren't hired to do or even have expereience with 5. Agency vision is unclear with what kind of work it wants to produce and why 6. Talks way too much about growing the client work and the agency, but nevers provides an infratstructure to support that growth 7. Last minute changes to everything 8. Never do any post-mortems on campains to find out how to improve internally and to produce better work 9. Useless review process and goal setting that can't be achieved 10. Promotions are not evenly handed out based on performance, but given to those favored by management. So if you want to move up, be prepared to work 60-70 hours weeks and have no life!
