Salary, benefits, feel-good atmosphere, doing good work for good people, large place many employees, food on site. Many women in leadership.

Terrible leadership. Unethical and bullying CEO--where did she come from anyway? There are many women in leadership and they are terrible to their employees. This organization does not promote success or value hard work. They are very looks oriented and closed. It is nepotistic and loaded with favoritism. There are lots of cover ups. It is a defensive environment. Many people are hired on contracts and discarded like nothing. There is no structure or push for excellence. The culture is terrible. They eat their own. They have no value on long term employees. Communication is terrible. Perhaps it would be a good time to consider getting communications / branding lessons from the foundation.

Women and children receive exceptional care within this organization

Ignore and downplay safety and security concerns, and ostracize those who escalate the concerns on behalf of the patients and staff. Heaven forbid when the madness backs you into a corner and you have to backout for a mental health check, no one cares when you return and dont even ask about accommodations let about asking " why" and/or causation.
