The self pronounced horizontal and partially flat organization structure is something that one has to personally like. Can only speak for the development team floor.

The company is located in a nice building.

They hire everybody who send resume without considering if she/he is suitable for this position and this caused problem for me. They do not have project manager. Nobody has enough knowledge there about what they are doing. Team lead never has time for anybody. They tricked on me when I was sick to refuse to pay my money.
