The company has very good leadership that cares employees.

No negative experience during my employment.

The best reasons to work here are that today, jobs are hard to come by and it's a paycheck. Until they have a layoff and you are the one of the unlucky people who then don't have a paycheck. The other employees are dedicated, smart and usually very nice.

Management doesn't care about the employees, unless you are a friend of management. Most people here would quit in a minute if the job market was better.
