I don’t believe in cons - simply you will have to genuinely make an effort to succeed, the culture is 100% meritocratic so you’re actually in charge of your success at the company.

When beginning my internship at Ibericus, I felt immediately welcomed by its leaders. The training process is well designed, allowing the employee to master each set of objectives before moving forward.
