      Poor management they don't know what they doing ... They won't give you break time if it's busy...like u have to stay under Extreme cold at least for 3 hours wait for another rotation ....if the Manager said u can go use restroom then you can. Depends on her mood Treat employees disposable .......if you really want to work with them like you don't have another choice in life maybe be ice builder instead event staff Harm the Mother Earth !! Don't know how much electricity they waste to build the castle... but the south pole is melting ...ironic

      I really enjoyed working at the Ice Castles as a temporary employee during the winter of 2023/2024. The company is very organized and does their best to keep a excellent work environment. We were busy 90% of the time. I really loved the whole idea of the Ice Castle and obviously many other people agreed because it was SOLD OUT almost every day. I hope I can work there again this winter.

      The drive to and from work was long and sometimes dangerous, driving through snowstorms and along winding hilly roads. I live in Colorado Springs so it took me about an hour each way to and from work. I took the job knowing this is the case and it is what it is. The Ice Castle needs to be up in the mountains so it is nice and cold.
