Great company - Recensione dipendente - Independent Sales Advisor presso Iconic Event Strategies

I can honestly say that I can't point out 1 pro about iconic event strategies because I see so many. I currently work there and I have no doubts or problems with the business. I started in Construction as a construction manager and left my previous job in February, I wanted to progress and develop my skill not just in a work place but for life. I went out on an observation day and met some really nice people and got offered a position.. Since I have been at iconic I have had nothing but support from Simon and the rest of my colleagues! My progression is in there best interest and they give me so much time and effort to help me to progress the way I want to.. Not just progression but I have earned some really good money since I have been there, more than an average paid job.. When I started here I had never been abroad, never travelled. Since I was was taken to Italy all paid for as well as winning awards to show recognition of my progression and effort.. I never recieved anything like that in my previous jobs. Little things like that, the progression, the people I spend my time with and the support and time I get from everyone are the things that make this job fantastic. I would highly recommend iconic to a person who wants to learn more about themselves, to progress, earn great money and improve the business mind they have.

I can't really think of many cons because if I have any problems with travel or time off or anything like that, the management team will always do there best to help me in any way, shape or form.

Coming from a healthcare background, i had no experience in sales or marketing prior to working at iconic. I was slightly confused as to what i wanted to do for a career. I just knew i wanted a challenge, I wanted someplace that allowed me to develop as a person. When offered a position i was told by my own family that it was definitely something i could not do, as i was a naturally shy and anxious person who lacked the confidence in communicating with people, most people mistook my shyness as arrogance. Im glad that i took the opportunity, the person i have become due to the constant support and training received by everyone at the office is a complete opposite to what i use to be. No-one that truly knows me can believe the transformation in me. Im more confident, more driven and most importantly i have a clear direction of where i want to go in life. I know with the continuing support from everyone in the office, i will further grow as a person into an independent business woman. Of all the pros of working at iconic such as the dinners, new suits and travelling to other countries such as portugal all expenses paid, the one thing i love the most is having that sense of control over my progression, pay and most importantly building my future as I want it, not as how others see it.

I really cannot see any cons as i truly enjoy what I do. Others may say its hard work, long hours and it does challenge a person emotionally, physically and mentally. But i want to achieve extraordinary things so I welcome the challenges if it means i develop quicker.
