Where do I begin with so much to say? This place is a total mess and continues to fail in every area imaginable. The atmosphere is pathetic while "VP's and directors" mismanaged one another the resources are falling astray with NO guidance. If management cannot "manage" the clients, how do you expect to manage the resources? All was "ok" until the promotions of the "directors" back in April of 2016. Until this day I am trying to figure out why "VP's" would hire a director that has NO experience with people much less the product and yet you know the company needs improvement? Really? There is NO training and lack of leadership while expecting you to perform at 100%. They do not understand the simple concept of Leadership reflects staff and staff reflects leadership. If you are someone that is thinking of joining this place my recommendation would be to avoid it. If you have NO where else to go. If you join, be extra careful when the doors of the offices are closed, means only one thing, BAD news. Communication is horrible and if you are not part of the "favorites" group, you are in deep trouble. I would not trust ANY "management" and continue to look for something better If you are a current employee, my recommendation would be to get out before they let you go and inform everyone they claim to have "coached" you and have given you several warnings -*NOTE* there are no warnings or coaching that happens again, lack of experience and leadership skills. How can a "director" coach someone that has more experience thank you? Now that's a mystery.
