I have been with Iconixx for 5 years from it's beginning. Iconixx has been a great place to work, I have been promoted 3 times in those 5 years. I came from an entrepreneurial background of owning a business for 6 years, and I wanted to work with a company that had the same feel yet provide the support and infrastructure of corporation so that I could grow and be successful. Iconixx has been the perfect fit for me because it is able to offer both of these important career components. The leadership is very fair, we have the opportunity to have face to face interaction with our CEO and other Executive Team. For the past 5 years Iconixx and it's leadership has backed everything they told from day 1. This experience and interaction has resulted in building a tremendous amount of trust and loyalty with me from and employee-employer relationship.

Iconixx is a start -up and we are still working on internal process improvement. This might be a difficult for someone to manage and is use to a more regimented/routine role and environment.
