A highly energetic and ambitious growth mindset is being breed within the organisation. A great sense of morale within all the sectors of the business. The company provides the individual with the tools to be successful.

No company is without inefficiencies or areas for future improvement. I would however say that with in the engineering department, all suggestions are taken seriously and each employee is given a fair chance to state their case. The company is going through a period of change and as such this can cause turbulence such as review of process that have been in place for years. This means responsibilities are very often shifted whilst the best format is selected.
