The high aspirations and goals of the company are admirable and there is a lot of creative energy that is put into finding solutions that fit the client needs. Definitely a great place to learn a lot about how to consult with corporations on culture.

It's a small, self funded company serving major corporations, so the demands can often be high to ensure that the quality is commensurate with the clientele. As with other privately owned companies I have worked for, the focus of the team can sometimes be pulled in multiple directions without much explanation as to which direction is the higher priority.
