      The kitchen is kept clean and tidy. And the bosses come in late and leave early so the hours are good.

      Where to start? The biggest problem with this agency is the management. The other reviews have it completely right. The personal relationship between the CEO and the principal seeps into everything in the office. It makes this place an impossible place to work. I could go on, but all I would advise is do your background checks really thoroughly before you work here.

      The benefit offerings are top notch at Idea Hall. The most generous I have seen. Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/401(k)/Profit Sharing/Wellness Expense Reimbursement...the list goes on. State of the art tech and office space. Growing team of smart and fun people.
