You get to work on big-name brands and high-profile campaigns, which can be great for your portfolio. It's a fast-paced environment, so you learn a lot quickly—especially if you're self-motivated. The creative team is talented.

The culture is heavily male-dominated, which affects everything from communication dynamics to advancement opportunities. Compensation is far below industry standards, and there's little effort to retain or develop junior talent.
