This company is a bit different from the other ones out there as I've a lot of good things to describe about it. Company: This company is a service based company, PowerPack Elementor Addons. Work Culture: Workers at this company are very friendly and knowledgeable in WordPress domain be it Achal Sir, Simrandeep Sir, Priyanka, everyone. I've worked as a technical content writer for one year, this was the first company who gave me the opportunity to work as a full time writer because I was working as a freelancer earlier. This was the best ever experience for me as a full time employee. They use to be connected through Slack and operate their respective works via personal laptop. Salary: Salary is good and totally dependent on their budget and your talent. But it's comparatively good as per the industry standards. Office Timing: The best ever thing about IdeaBox is that they provide WFH and flexible working hours, no salary deduction for leaves. Monday to Friday 9:30 to 6:30 which is flexible, meanwhile the office hours you can log off informing to the concerned person in case of any emergency. You can even ask or inform for a leave on the same day itself if you're not feeling well or if there is any emergency or if you're stepping out for some personal work. Overall, everything was on point. I'm gald that I've had the opportunity to work with IdeaBox.

Nothing I found as of now to describe. But yes, you can not expect higher salary hikes here and also if you're seeking a company who can provide you a job security then you might have to discuss about this with the seniors or CTO as well.
