      No health insurance benefits, just a monthly contribution. New CEO changed the entire vibe of the company, which has caused employees to leave and many are unhappy with the changes. Old CEO left the company which was odd and no real explanation to staff. Lots of people leaving, people getting let go. Just doesn't seem like the happy environment it once was. There seems to be lack of direction but we keep being told the company is in a hyper growth phase.

Change is never easy and we are constantly looking for chances to improve the work environment and our benefits offerings.       Working at IdeaScale has been nothing short of an absolute career win. The team is extremely supportive and flexible while still fostering an environment of high-level success which is rare to come across. The CEO is very involved and all of the managers uplift their teams and coach them through difficult situations. HR is always available and responsive, and Glassdoor reviews are encouraged so that the company can continue to grow and adapt to the needs of its employees. Sales people have uncapped OTE and a realistic quota to hit. Great company to work for in any department!
