Svantaggi
- “I want you to know this is your fault” - COO
- “this is not a negotiation” - CEO
Looks great from the outside, a lot of smart minds and interesting tech but a few months in there and it’s like working with spawns of Satan.
The COO is an amazing gas-lighter, I spent weeks thinking I’m a horrible coder thanks to his techniques.
My first month there was great, a lot of help and kind smiles, and I even worked a couple of weekends and was fine with it. second month they overloaded everyone with work, I was left to figure out a new project on my own, third month COO started showing his teeth, fourth month the physiological torture began (and I wrote about it in workplace stack exchange, search for: how-to-hold-a-strong-mentality-if-your-boss-is-bullying-you-at-work)
It’s been 2 years since I was fired from this company, and being in a management position now I cannot believe the stuff I let them get away with.
My advice if you start working there is keep an eye out for red flags, don’t tolerate unprofessional behaviour and don’t try to find any mentors there to them you’re just a another cog.
