The employees are kind. And the medical benefits are OK.

Horrible management, bottom of the barrel 401K plan. Toxic work culture, avoid at all costs. Raises are non-existent or very, very rare. Make sure you negotiate a high salary going in since that is what you will be stuck with forever. Layoffs are common. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Decent autonomy in how you manage accounts and pipeline. Opportunities to work with big-name clients across high-security sectors.

Cross-department alignment is shaky and sales often left to clean up after poor communication from ops or product. Morale suffers from unclear org priorities. Internal initiatives from the exec team can feel performative. Lots of change which has lost alot of great team members and employees HR /hiring often feels disconnected from the day-to-day reality of the business.
