After you join things would get delayed and they don't care much They can change policy anytime as per their wish because the owner is the real boss and he does not have to take any approval from anyone All the policies are favourable for the employer only. They can fire you anytime with minimal notice in name of performance or any other reason. No job security. They even don't have big clients they hire for small companies so it's like joining a small company on the payroll of another small company. You will get nothing by joining here. Don't fall in the trap of higher salary because they provide you with more salary than others Please don't put fake reviews here people know when they see multiple one-star reviews that something is fishy Never ever join. No peace of mind. Very bad culture at their clients
