8yFirst and foremost, as a business, we like to think that we take great care of our staff. Bullying is in no way acceptable. As you have expressed that you are a current member of the team, I urge you to report any improper conduct. Should you not feel comfortable doing this to our HR team for whatever reason, then please seek out a director or someone that you can trust.
Iglu.com's policy in respect to alcohol use during the working day is outlined in our employee handbook and deviation from what is acceptable is not tolerated.
