It is concerning to hear your impression of the perceived ‘hitlist’. I can assure you this is not the case. As with all organisations people will have support and development from their managers and performance improvement measures will be used where necessary to help everyone involved. Glassdoor as a platform encourages the practice of inviting reviews from employees, we do not condone or promote the influencing of those reviews though as open and honest feedback is why Glassdoor exists. I would encourage you to report any behaviour internally that you feel contradicts that. With regards to the unsanitary bathroom facilities please advise the facilities team so we can make the building management company aware.
