Without any prior experience or even interest in recruitment, one of the main reasons for joining IgniteSAP was to join the amazing team. They have been incredibly welcoming and supportive, and have created such a motivating environment where you want to continuously improve and develop. The training has been incredibly valuable and it's great to see a company that applies their values. The commission structure is also very lucrative which really adds to the employee centric atmosphere that they have created. Feel very lucky to join a great team and a great company.
