Hello & thank you for your review. We try our best to take account of local market preferences and needs by having a local workforce in all our operating localities. We also appreciate each region & countries uniqueness and look to have our customer facing teams provide this feedback to leadership as we plan and understand our markets more. As we are a fast-growing, SaaS business, we recognise that growth comes in many forms, and targets and other success metrics are key performance metrics for us and our Sales team. As you've indicated you're a current employee, we encourage you to speak to your leader as to why targets or metrics are set-up, and provide insights into how we can adjust in the future. As you've highlighted, our people are like no other and we appreciate hearing how they embody our values and culture. We do examine our remote and hybrid policy each year to ensure it's relevance and meets the needs of our global workforce. Thank you again for your feedback!
