Working at Ignomagine Robotics was honestly a great experience. The salaries were always on time, and the management was really understanding when it came to taking leave. As long as I got my weekly tasks done, I could take time off, which made things super flexible. Of course, during busy times like exhibitions or important project deliveries, we did have to put in some extra hours, but they always made sure to compensate for that, so it felt fair. One thing that really stood out to me was how quickly they recognized hard work. I got a raise just three months after joining, which was a nice surprise and made me feel valued. The work environment was really positive too—after work, we’d often play board games to unwind and bond as a team, which made the whole atmosphere feel laid-back and friendly

Occasional long hours during big events, but since they made up for it with extra time off later, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the company provided a really supportive and enjoyable workplace, way better than where I worked before
