Always treated me right, good benefits, good relationship with client, not micromanagy, growth within company, overall good time.

Advancement on specific contracts and they way to do that can be streamlined, but they want to move people up. Communication between higher ups and lower level employees could be more clear, but again, it wasn't actually bad.
As mentioned in the title they had pretty good benefits, and I liked that they actually had some sort of inprocessing for new hires (something I have not seen with other DoD contractor I worked for). Also they seemed at the beginning that they were going to be really involved and take care of employees.

A local supervisor told me that the job of the company is do what they can to save money...I disagree to a certain extent. You can provide a quality product AND take are of your people. This company is so cheap that they made me talk to the president of the company just to get a 4 % pay raise on hiring after taking the contract over from a really great company. (Cubic Global Defense). They also told us they'd give us 2% raises after a few months...yea right!! They guy they hired to fill my job they low balled and offered 10k less...they also told me not to share my salary...which is illegal. Then, when you go on a mandatory business trip they make the employees pay out of pocket up front for all costs, then try to reimburse later. ...I understand daily expense but hotel, rental car, and plane tickets for some people is pricey!! Also people are working crazy hours for the govt and are not getting overtime or a bonus, even on holidays. Don't work for these guys!!!
