Not much room for advancement

The people(co-workers) are very hardworking and love to share their knowledge. Only one product to sell (Auto) no home or anything else.

Management, they love to micromanage. Don't have too much common sense. Their work hours aren't the best. When hiring managers or for other "upper" positions "they" hire from outside and never from within
